Streets are wet since they were warmer but they will become a sheet of ice when the arctic front gets here. (I don't think anyone thought to brine for this although some streets had some brine left over from after the last squall event). Temp 30.7F, winds light out of the NW. As a salt solution (the chemist in me here), it would lower the freezing temp for the water that mixes with it but based on the progged temps, it might not help depending on what they used in the brine.
