Every time NOAA raises a warning either whatever snow is falling goes to rain or the sun comes out. Jinx job. They had to do the warnings and it may well pan out when the snow bomb gets here, but right now a lot of the Cape is wet not white which wasn't really the plan. HAHA in my dreams:) I'm about 60/40 snow rain here. Temp is coasting back down to 33.8 That dry slot south of LI is ripping north. Hmmmm. Yeah it should start to spread out though, think you'll be fine. Watching radar trends...I hope this thing starts turning NE soon....otherwise the giant dry slut is going to cruise right over eastern LI and CT. I tihnk it already is turning. Total up to 4.2 inches, can't complain so far. Still coming down rather heavily, 1/4th mile visibility still. Looks like will be under 30+ dBZ for another hour or so.
