Rain keeps developing just W of me, then dissipating as it gets close. Happened 4 times yesterday before it finally rained around 1AM. The good thing is I've only cut the grass 3 times this year. July to date: 7.3" + 0.25" (Friday evening) + 12 BIG drops over the weekend + 1.6" yesterday evening = 9.1" We had 4.6" in June We've lived in this house since '92 and this is one of the wettest June/July periods we've had. Obviously when you get to Aug/Sept some of the tropical events over the years have delivered large amount of rain, but for June/July it's been outstanding this year.
