Looks like this is going to soak the city. the NNE movement should put a long tail on the storms as the line up almost on the same axis as Manhattan.

difference between yesterday storms and todays pop ups is they are moving faster in the flow and not stationary - also developing faster

I can hear the thunder to the east now after hearing it to the west earlier. Frustrating that torms missing here in all directions. I do see on radar more popping up to the south in Middlesex County, and this time a little more to the west. So there's still some hope of getting clipped by a downpour here this afternoon.
