That is clearly not the Sept edition of the ECMWF Seasonal forecast for Feb 2027, as is suggested by Ji. I am sure he will post 10 maps. Its very similar to last month but yes each winter month is a bit milder for the MA and NE. Nothing remarkably different at h5.
