That is clearly not the Sept edition of the ECMWF Seasonal forecast for Feb 2027, as is suggested by Ji. Hopefully you aren't too far east for this one. I have learned that Ninas are better for snow here relative to avg, at least since 2016. Before I got the place here in fall 2019, it did pretty well with Niñas and always substantially better than BWI. Showmethesnow used to routinely humiliate BWI totals.
