Shocker, 00z Euro moved precip maximums to PA. We get some, but nothing sustained it seems.

Hopefully .50 to 1 inch says the WPC.

We really need a ton more rain as we near peak sun/heat in a couple months.

We need several long round of slow, soaking rain and unfortunately that just doesn't seem to be in the cards.

We need a sustained, humid airmass.  We've basically been living in the Plains the last few years.

Wasn't last July the most humid July on record?  We need another month like that, seems like there were thunderstorms every day that month.

Looks like an active pattern coming, but I have a feeling we're gonna pay the price of limited sunshine again.  This is one of the reasons I'm craving temps in the 80s and afternoon storms a few days a week.

I'll take any rain I can get!  I've been trying to establish a new lawn these last few weeks, and it has been tough

Sorry man, I moved out of Prince Frederick and took the rain (and snow?) with me to the mountains. It really is happening, I knew it would.

My old yard in PF is burning up. Driest month ever there since I had started keeping track.

WB 12Z EPS. Just through Day 10, lots of good hits.  If it were winter, this place would be hopping in here...

We're so used to rug pulls that it's hard to get excited at any D4 threat, let alone a D10.

WPC qpf for the weekend

Day 9 image not available

Always seems the highest totals get pushed NE.

WPC not as bullish as Mount Holly. Mount Holly AFD states .50 to 1 inch.

Continuing to look like the roll forward March +NAO composite.. when you have something so strong as top 2/900, it does have validity

Cool May is a good May. Keep it in the low 70s.
