The weeklies in mid  Feb showed a cold March-instead we got a coast to coast torch.   Take with a grain of salt.

yeah...this has been my experience with them over the years.  They tend to not be significantly better than a coin flip beyond 14 days.  Maaaybe some residue of usefulness very early in week 3 then seeya

73.2° for a high. Still 71° despite clouds.

2 meter T/NAM graphics were just a non product it was so bad.   Not sure what the MET had ... I seem to recall 67 at BDL ( I routinely check there, KFIT and KASH because that arc includes me), and 63 at KASH but don't quote me.  I only glanced and tossed 'em.

77 was the high in town here and 76 at the Oxbow ob 2 mi as the crow flies/NWS site.

bad.

They may actually do better tomorrow in the d-slope.

Definitively have not seen a week stretch like this in mid April any time I can recall.

Awesome.

Are you kidding me??  W(where)TF have you been. We’ve had temps in the upper 80’s and lower 90’s in April here in the past for a week.  You’re so f’n LOST bro!

Enjoy your light jacket while we t-shirt.

Yup..you guys were warmer there today:thumbsup:.  Was at a graveside funeral at 1:30 today, it was gorgeous, but breezy and 64-65…with a cool tinge to the breeze. If it was calm, it would have been perfect. Or if it was 10 degrees warmer.  But a nice day nonetheless.

We should get cooler weather once the MJO travels through 8 and 1 along with the NAO and AO dipping negative.

No. MJO 8 and 1 are warm phases in New England in April.

The warm anoms in Maine and Southeast Canada will continue to shift south on guidance as it catches on. The cold anoms over the central US SE and Mid Atlantic.
