Pain like this caused is hard to put into words. I still have flashbacks. Waking up with a foot+ forecast and looking out to see bare grass was as bad as it gets even here

As someone who is not a regular on the forum, I have a question.

Where are the majority of you all located?  
 

I’ve gathered that it is somewhere in NC. But when I see posts saying things like “this model run was really bad” or “this one looks like a great trend for us!”, I don’t immediately know what/where/who you’re referring to.

It's because on a cellphone you cannot see ones location u have to view their profile. On a laptop it shows location. This is NC, SC, GA, VA

A lot of Mets are being very conservative with first call numbers, but the big boom or bust potential is definitely there. This is gonna come down to the short range models that can pick up on the heavier banding as it sets up!

Yeah, similar with Myrtle. Trust and believe -- I'd GLADLY give up our forecasted accumulations here in MB for everyone north and west and south of us. Of course, I know there's folks in this area that want it...so I hate to rain on their parade.

Beyond never wanting to see, let alone clean up, snow again for the rest of my life after moving to MB in mid-Nov...when we were cleaning out the garage at our former house in NoVA to prep for moving I told my wife, "yeah, leave those two snow shovels here for the new owners...we certainly won't need those in MB." And now, you can't find a shovel to buy within a 30 mile radius.
