Riding razors edge here. Should still be a solid 6-8” hit here. Congrats Southern illinois, Indiana and Ohio.

You're riding razor's edge?! Try Peoria. Lol. You are sitting pretty. Brutal cutoff will be very close to me. I will gladly trade you

Who are this rando melting down and ruining our vibes

They're from the Cincinnati area.

A lot of OH folks either don't post often or stay in the OH-specific thread since they tend to have such bad luck with snowstorms compared to the rest of the subforum.

But this is their moment, and I can completely understand them being eager to let the whole world know about it.

Christ I was kidding... I live in SE Michigan and we get burned all the time on weather events here it sucks when you do all this tracking and then boom it slips away from you. I feel for them...

Anyways let's have a great 18z model suite.

This is one of the most widespread snowstorms for the forum I remember.  Warnings from just south of Chicago to Paducah across all IN,OH into southern MI.  And it’s all snow.  Sure there’s an axis of heaviest but kinda cool we all score some before the arctic hammer slams down and settles in.

This is one of the most widespread winter storms for the nation period.

The guy on Fox Weather (Ari something) said yesterday that he's never covered a system this expansive (in terms of frozen/freezing precipitation) in his 20 year career.

Or maybe don’t take things so personally. At the end of the day, it’s just snow. It’s not gonna make anyone’s life better.

Largekarentornadoohioan is just one of those people that has to make a scene at the supermarket instead of just taking a hit from the weed pen and going about the day quietly.

Looks like the Canadians have taken the day off models wise.

Stopped by a dispensary yesterday.  when it comes to an impending snowstorm, dispensaries tell the supermarkets to hold my beer.

the hrrr also says no snow till midnight or so.

in reality, it's already about to start snowing, albeit light.

it's struggling with the saturation progress.

Bingo. If we’re compared short range models, 18z RAP looks to be handling things better.
