Maybe gets us to 15 inches.

MattyR
Almost 8” in Poughkeepsie, but from about 6am thru 9 we had very meager rates…heavy flurries, perhaps…stuck in the subsidence zone. Back to light snow now and quite windy

Yeah I got 12" here for Boxing Day. Amounts doubled once you got to the eastern side of the county. These wound up systems that move E off the Delmarva dont like us too much out this way.
gravitylover
Tough to measure, I got between 4" to waist deep. For the most part it was knee deep when I came in a half hour ago. I've been under that band, right where it crosses the cone of death, for hours and it's insane. 2-3"/hr being blown every which way, everything is coated an inch thick but trees and branches are blown clean. White Gorilla
Well, this was disappointing in terms of snowfall here. But I’m happy for those who were able to cash in. Even with less snow, it’s still hugely wintry out there with the wind and blowing and drifting..

I’m good with my 5.5” here, similar to 2006 for me. Good morning Rob/everyone. Well as of 8am my old man’s stick is almost halfway there. Some neighbors down the block honored the blizzard of 26 with a giant snow couple. Shoveled the first foot plus starting at 6am. Will wait till it ends before the secon shift. Snowlover11
Hard to measure. I got 3 feet drifts. Just busted my ass on my stairs I thought I was at ground level and took a plunger. Between 13-14” and back in the moderate snow, stuck in between the heavier bands.

Once it pivoted out I watched in envy as 25 miles south of me received 30 inches.
snywx
I see a 6" was reported in Goshen at 1015a. Those 10"+ plus amounts were prob just east of there. Not exactly 2016 but pretty impressive in terms of cutoff. In 2016 I remember Minisink closing schools because the southern part of the school district near unionville & pine island receiving 12"+ amounts while those in Otisville & Mount Hope had T-1". Now thats a cut off!
Irishmick9
7 inches here. Wonder what Highland Lakes got as they can double what I get since I am in the valley. RGEM I felt did the best for up here showing the cutoff earlier than HRRR and NAM but I know it underperformed pretty badly for SE folks.

I did not want it to be true even though I knew it probably was. Oh well now that I am in cleanup phase, not complaining like I was last night. More worried honestly about the drought up this way. Want any percip we can get. The latest drought monitor has basically Sussex as the only county in the NE under Extreme drought. You are basically in same boat. Need a wet spring.
gravitylover
Holeee shit this just won't let up. I shoveled 1/3 of the driveway earlier and now it's filled back in completely. The only reason you can tell I did anything is 40 feet of 7 foot high banks. It's back to shin>knee deep where I shoveled. At least the town plow hasn't been here since ~3am so the plow pile hasn't gotten any bigger
