This Winter is trying it's best to get an A. It's getting close.

My protocol, and I believe it's the current guidelines, is take a final measurement at midnight. Log it, clear the board, and then take another measurement on the board tomorrow when the storms over. 

If there is 6 inches tonight, board is cleared and 9 inches tomorrow, the storm total should be recorded as 15. Even if for arguments sake the new snow depth is 13 inches when the storm ends tomorrow. 

Does everyone agree with that?
