Yeah the rain hung on a little bit as you got further southwest. Only just got to 100% snow about 45 mins ago. And just SW of the city there's still a green bubble, lol

Man. Is there anything better than a Jebwalk after midnight? The sound of snow bouncing off of your jacket cannot be replicated by anything else. Everything has caved and is covered except the roads here. Snow 31 degrees

This lift causes air parcels to rise to the LCL (lifted condensation level) which forms the cloud base, subsequently, the parcel rises through the positive dynamics and the moist lapse rate. After that we get snowfall from the aggregation of flakes in the atmosphere. Any more questions?

If you look at recent radar frames you can begin to see the backfilling of precip as these forces become more active
