Yardstickgozinya
I think the radiant nature of the flake definitely made for a clumpy lay around here, and there was quite a bit of melting throughout the storm . I took several measurements, all were between 2.2" and 2.5" but my guess would be, it could have been more like 3" to 3.5" with a better surface.
Voyager
5am and I wake up to this! Just a bit more than any forecast for my backyard. Quite the over performer. The back edge is close, but may sneak out another quarter to half inch as it's still snowing lightly here. 5

I read and remember enough to know that the euro and gfs have been in different camps since at least friday.

pawatch
25 degrees and just a dusting overnight. The high yesterday was 28 degrees. Never even got above freezing, a-shame all that cold going to waste. That’s my only gripe. Everyone enjoy your snow edit: Temperature dropped to 22 degrees.

Voyager
So it appears that I finished up with 5.5" with my unofficial sidewalk measurement. Definitely an overachiever here. I captured WGAL's forecast map from yesterday, and they had me at C-1 and CTP had me at 1-2. As for quitting drinking, the thing I appreciate the most is not waking up with a hangover headache the next morning.

Voyager
So, last night, with the evening forecast, we didn't even have an advisory here in Schuylkill County. Truth is we ended up close to meeting warning criteria. Major bust with most of the forecasts yesterday. 3

Eyeballing around 1 inch as of 12:45 am in Marysville. I ended up at 1.8” of snow. Radar looked great here with what appeared to be heavier returns at times overnight, so I thought I was on my way to over 3, but the rates & flake size did not match up. It’s a beautiful Winter morning with all surfaces snow covered. Congrats to those that cashed in on this event!

Yardstickgozinya
From my vantage point, it truly is a anomalous beautiful morning. The contrast between the blue sky, clouds and snow covered trees is on a whole never level at this hour. Mount Joy Snowman
Well, I managed to hit the Over, as 3.3” fell here at KMJS. Beautiful scene out there due to the sticky nature of the snow. Current temp of 27 is the low. I’ll melt down and report back later on qpf. A nice little event for most of us! 1 1
