I believe he does care about winning...and there are too many coaching problems to not make the change. Moderate snow just started at Mammoth and it is also snowin' and blowin HARD at Palisades! Palisades has about 6 inches on the ground from an earlier storm. Mammoth has about 6 to 10 inches still remaining at Main Lodge level, but things are gonnabe changin'!!!!!!!! Some places to the west may get 6 to 8 feet; in Yosemite ten to twelve FEET of new snow are expected thru Friday night!! Models have been consistently printing out 7-10 inches of pure water associated with the two storms over the next 72 to 96 hours. We will go with 4 to 5 feet for now for Mammoth and Tahoe. But the totals could be much higher! Touristas are beginning to take jebwalks off the Woolly Cam parking lot! Some are all jacked up, running around like I used to do back in the Jan 1996 Blizzard! Moderate to heavy snow is and has been hammering the resort all frackin' night long, especially the Main Lodge and Woolly areas. It looks like they have anywhere from 8 to possibly as much as 13 inches on the Main Lodge. They are plowing the Woolly Lot, where the recently fallen snow is DEEP! Incredible amounts of moisture are being transported up against the Sierra then lifted up where it is falling as very heavy snows! MUCH, MUCH more snow is in store as the new day dawns!
