Jns2183 Posted yesterday at 10:10 PM Share Posted yesterday at 10:10 PM Autoimmune usually can be detected on CAT scans, Xrays or Ultrasounds. I have been through multiple rounds of each of those and nothing has detected. Nothing of consequence has come up on anything that I've gone through, including bloodwork. Depending on which autoimmune it can be very tricky. I have sarcoidosis, my mom has Lupus, my aunt MS. For sarcoidosis non-caseating granulomas on Lymph nodes is the key. The problem lies in that the only way to tell if that is present is through biospy. I had to be out under to get a Endobronchial ultrasound-guided biopsy. The other issue is that just being sick often causes swollen Lymph nodes. The swollen lymph nodes did show up on my cat scan and partially on the X-ray. My cousin's case is rare because sarcoidosis doesn't usually go to heart. His lymph nodes were not super swollen. The massive inflammation in his heart did not show up on CAT scan at all. As he started deteriorating over months they did a normal 24 hr fasting PET. He was lucky a keen eyed radiologist spotted something barely. Normally you need at least a 48-72hr fasting PET for it to show up well. Lupus took a year of all kinds of doctors and testing. It wasn't caught till it expressed itself in a rash that would not go away and my mom's dermatologist was able to do a punch biopsy and use Direct Immunofluorescence to confirm it. I wish well. Your story just brought back memories of myself and family members dealing illnesses that were extremely frustrating and felt all encompassing. The imaging and biospy were just one part of the dx. I also have extended family members with uveitis, Sjögren’s, colitis, Crohn's. All of them were literal hell to get to bottom of. Hope you feel better Sent from my SM-G970U1 using Tapatalk

I mentioned your symptoms to Mrs. Blizz & she asked if they checked your thyroid levels with any of the testing. A few years ago, she had episodes of shortness of breath, heart racing & some occasional brain fog. After rounds of various tests, they determined she had a thyroid problem. She is now on the proper medication & has been fine ever since. Hopefully they figure this out & you get well soon.

ChescoWx
Over the last 4 days we have received 2.19" of rain here in East Nantmeal. We are now only 2.40" below normal or 85% of normal rainfall as those drought conditions continue to lessen. A beauty of a day today with temps near normal around 70 degrees. However, we see more rain arriving again by tomorrow night and lasting through Friday morning. The rain associated with a cold front could drop between an 1.0" to 1.5" of rain across the area. We turn much chillier on Friday with some higher ridge locations remaining in the upper 50's for high temperatures. We warm nicely by the weekend with temperatures within a few degrees of normal at around 70 degrees.
Itstrainingtime
Evening bloodwork panel did not come back good - my doctor is sending all of my information to Rheumatology now as he thinks it's likely an autoimmune disease. Maybe I'm finally heading towards at least knowing what I'm dealing with. 1

Raw Milk and Goat Milk Soap are 2 of my favs that got me off 2 scripts. When i find something good i like to pass it along. todays tip, When a world class cardiologist tells you to take 200MG of COQ10 a day, you get that shit ordered immediately.
