They will probably update today. They can’t ignore it any longer now that the GFS is on board. slight chance of snow before 10am, then a slight chance of rain and snow between 10am and 1pm, then rain likely after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. East wind 5 to 9 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Friday Night Rain before 4am, then rain and snow likely. Low around 33. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Saturday Snow likely before 7am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

ChescoWx
A rare for this incredibly warm winter season will be the upcoming stretch of below normal weather that is on tap for much of the area. This will also include a couple of chances of accumulating snow. The first chance is Friday night into Saturday AM and again around Monday. Of note through yesterday we are now a whopping 28.3" below normal in seasonal snowfall. To date we have seen only 2.7" of snow Records for today: High 80 degrees (2000) / Low 7 degrees (1920) / Precipitation 2.96" (1995) / Snow 7.2" (1984)

We need the mesos's to catch the train as it pertains to model wars/modeology. They are all rain still for the LSV and the primary SLP is too far north into PA. Rest of Central and North PA are snow on them though.

pawatch
33 and real windy this morning. That storm yesterday caused more problems than usual. A lot of down power lines, along with downed trees. A lot of places was without power. Good to see the pattern change!

Bubbler86
RGEM looks more HRRR like with low position. Snow breaking out in the LSV mid-morning. Lanco is some rain though. Still a bit warm at 2M though. Southern LSV eventually switches to rain then back to snow for a bit.
