March 6 -7 Noreaster Obs Thread

Huge branch fell a street over and knocked power out for the second time in under a week. 5 inches of snow here. Can hear branches crashing ever 30 seconds.. still ripping heavy snow but thunder and lightning have stopped.

Yeah I lost count.. easily 10+ cracks of thunder and lightning flashes here. Tree damage and power outages may be significant around here.

Yeah, it's bad.

Saw a suv spin out of control trying to pass me.

Like me, you most likely grew up driving a rearwheel drive car in this.

People don't know how to handle this

I'd love to see some obs from S Jersey right now. If you showed me the current radar without a date stamp, I'd swear I was looking at a line of severe storms rolling through in August.

Listening to KYW right now and they said that 58,000 new are out, most in Bucks County.
