It's along the boundary separating N winds and ESE/SE winds it goes NE of Portland to Past Portsmouth NH then sorta fizzles I wonder if another area of enhancement forms just inland from Cape ann down thru Salem as well.to Bos Harbor . You can see SE winds over that area and temps climbing into upper 20's . IN fact HI-Res Nam takes that area from Salem to Cape Ann to about 33 F by midnight.
