Most of NNE is below zero and snowing...and even spots like ALB have been ripping 0.07" per hour in the bucket at 5F. 1" per hour at ALB at M15/M18. Jeez. Wouldn't be surprised if I flip to sleet or ZR within and hour even though I'm at 21 degrees.
