bkviking
70, humid, and partly sunny all of a sudden in Port Jefferson. Long lost William must be suffering in this tropical weather. Just praying we are cleared out for weekend: nothing could be more unique to experience than blue skies, temps in 60s, on Memorial Day weekend. ag3
it could be a warmer and drier day here than expected with the 4km hinting that the heaviest convection will stay west of the NYC metro area today. The SREF's keep the heaviest rain west and east of the City the next few days. ptot17.gif f87.jpg NAM and it's variety of clones are showing a dry slot right around NYC with the coastal storm. Not sure I buy that at all. I'll go with the Euro which has a widespread 1.75"-2.25" of total rain through Sunday AM.

Wonder if many people will go ..raining and 50s Is that water actually clean? I know the water quality increases dramatically once you get south of the Verrazano Bridge but I'm guessing some of the beaches are north of there.
