Up to 0.40" of rain so far today.

 

 

Surprised you had that much.  Been nothing but sporadic drizzle here  today.  Dingy and wet weekend.   Been a bunch of nice weekends most of the spring - so i guess we were do.  Next weekend, while looking cool looks to be mainly dry and sunny as we kick off summer.

EWR also had 0.40".

so far the warmest temperature this spring is 82...I doubt it will stand but if it does it will be tied for the sixth coolest Spring max since 1900...

Perhaps we'll see ridging push east once past Memorial day weekend towards the 29th.  Today's euro was moving in that direction.

That trough over eastern Canada has to get out before we have any real warm weather. Too much threat for backdoor fronts or days such as the last two with that in place. We need the Bermuda high to finally set up.
