February 8th-9th Snowstorm/Blizzard Event Observations

It's only just after 4pm and we have probably another 12-15 hours to go in this event. We missed out on a few inches from the onset but if this is the real deal and we flip over now, we'll catch up fast. Also, I think the snow over PA will catch up to the main system and form a huge deformation band before the dry slot arrives from NJ. Notice the back edge already slowing down a little.

Living in LB there were several storms that we stayed under 10 most notably the January 10 storm. All we have to do is go under a 3 inch an hour deform for a couple hours and we are set.

There, There is some sort of white substance falling from the sky! Flipped over to 90/10 snow/sleet sticking to everything since there was a thick coating of sleet on the ground! 31.5/32

Hey Staten, in which part of the borough do you live? I'm in New Dorp Beach and it's been a sleetfest for a few hours (still is)
