I can hold my own at 200 lbs though ;). Cutting weight after my full surgery recovery though back down to ~170 or so though to get ready for ski season...so you can help me out then haha

I'm on the same plan as you. Was 319 at start of camp. I was too slow. I'm at 303 now and my goal is 270-285 then rebuild with muscle. Have to get more athletic if I'm playing here.

yeah, I've put on a lot of muscle but bad weight also comes with the territory. For skiing weight and muscle isn't a very good thing either, but it'll be refreshing to cut and not have to eat so damn much. Just do interval training to keep the muscle you have and shred fat. That'll be my plan. Good luck man. When's your surgery?
