Shocking, even when (LI) we get the storms FROM the ocean they die out over the island... thats why theres still a plethera of lightning and heavy rain still south of the area where the lightning has been all along. We need the core of that to get. Also, there has been no weakening with the rain coming in. In fact, the 50 + dBZ has increased in the center of the line. Problem is, everyone's expecations are too high. We are north of the warm front and there will always be a slight stable layer at the surface.
