  1. Past hour
  2. I tried that after the May 2018 spinner and no bites because everyone else in the area had trees down…plenty of supply lol.
  3. That's when you put up signs, "free wood if you have a chainsaw"
  4. True but the cleanup will cost. I don’t think home insurance will cover it either…depends on the policy I suppose.
  5. 10 degrees colder in Philly than Quebec City in May. You hate to see it
  6. Solid "blind" guess would be the usual climo favored spots of Fred/Carroll or down in Charles County east to the Bay. Rest of us may just watch and wave at the storms passing in the distance. Maybe we can all score a gusty outflow.
  7. Took my client to his Mom's in Norwich Holy rain, pulled off the highway and took backroads.
  8. If he was looking to remove those trees, he just saved him self $1,000's of dollars.
  9. This looks like a lower order of June 2013...some AM convection that blows through and then we have to figure out where the boundaries set up. That's going to lay down some tracks for the afternoon storms. Hopefully it's a Carroll County event. I'm up at the fire department tomorrow night.
  10. Let's see what the 12z says when it comes out in the next hour or two. I think somebody will get walloped tomorrow - just not at all convinced it won't be fairly isolated/narrow.
  11. wow I just realized the 3km (6z run) was wayyyy off with the timing of this morning stuff. But I guess it at least caught on to it. IIRC correctly it wasn't as enthused with this AM stuff.
  12. Can’t believe Friday might not get out of the upper 40’s in spots. Awful
  13. Question for everyone.....we are planning an outdoor activity at my school tomorrow. It will be between 12 and 2. Any thoughts on if we should reschedule? I see showers but not thundershowers at that time.
  14. NAMNEST blows a UHI track and decent cluster across Frederick and Carroll county tomorrow evening.
  15. yeah upton notes dry air and a cap later today so just isolated stuff and inland. Had two quick downpours here-not much rain only .25 but washed the pollen away
  16. They beat one of the best pitchers. POTM for April. Good run but it is a long season yet. :-(
  17. did it rain i did not even notice i until i got up...
  18. looks like at least partly cloudy for most of us by about 10-11am given the quick movement of the cloud deck eastward
  19. Ended up with garden variety storms with 0.6" of rain. Watching radar you could definitely see the stronger convection struggling to get north of 96 by Howell.
  20. Yeah, these morning warm fronts usually overperform this time of year.
  21. If it can get all of my trees to come down while guaranteeing no damage to the house…I’d sign up.
  22. Decent storm. 0.42” in the bucket with some claps of thunder
