Exactly. Storm seems legit and is coming. Dont wait for the Euro and lose sleep. Details honestly won’t be into focus probably until Monday. Plenty of fun tracking ahead though.

To me college sports are dead. Beck was asked if he went to class. He has not been to class in 2 years because he graduated. He takes online classes he said. Grown men playing college football. Sickening. Ok back to hopefully reeling in some SNOW!!

So was I. If you sneezed wrong on 33 and rain people got their panties in a bunch. -

Sweet Jesus. That would shut the state down for 2 weeks. Minimum. .

Ticky-tack calls and Cooks having the ball ripped out of his hands for an INT. It’s not just that the Bills lose, they lose in heartbreaking fashion. I can understand your pain as a Vikings fan. I was convinced they would win it all in 1998(?). How the fook does Anderson miss that field goal…in a dome no less???

I noticed gfs is trending that wave faster. Agree we need it to slow down a bit

The GFS(old unfaithful), through the same time frame as the Icon, has a light event with maybe snow this coming Thursday (higher elevations mainly). Then a epic rain storm (it will nail that from a week out), with a 1057 HP coming behind it down from Canada that will no doubt suppress things down to another WSW scenario in the deep south (south Georgia is under a winter storm warning now, their second in 11 months).

First Legit Storm Potential of the Season Upon Us

Small victories…like winning a series 2-1 in late April. -
Key here is to slow down the shortwave as it propogates cross country to allow the High to move further east and give us a better cold push. Prior runs had the interaction with the shortwave out of the SW which slowed everything down in the ULs, but without that, we're really going to have to balance timing. No point in sweating yet, players are on the field.

Nice. Where?
-
Nothing really. Just the usual

1.3” at MSP with the overnight clipper. Similar results likely with tomorrow’s event. Snow depth 2” Interestingly the snow-depth at MSP went down to T for a few days while I was out of town. My yard has maintained a 1-2” icepack of snow cover through the warmer period.

0Z held back the southern stream energy again so we have a similar result to 18Z but with a tad more of a cold push. Metros right on the doorstep but it won't do it this run. After a full two days of runs showing this period as an opportunity, safe to say we have some tracking ahead of us with this one. Details don't matter yet

The greatest advice

No, trolls just look at maps. They've been showing this system staying off the coast for awhile.

Icon buries Kentucky north of Daniel Boone,(shocker) gives us ice and throws a few crumbs our way (N of 40 of course) after the main event. (The crumbs would still be out best event this winter.)

So what did I miss today?

What did you get from today's round? I'm hoping the same thing for us here tomorrow too -
why bother? we are about 10 days out from the next legit chance and the outcome will change a hundred times on the op runs between now and then.
-
We can reminisce because we got a surprise snow today. Another snack tomorrow. And real potential into early February.

Problem with the SEC is we beat up with each other, not sure we are the best conference, the big 10 is fairly solid compared to the SEC.NIL always plays a part in all sports now Im not bashing Indiana, but when you have a alumni like Mark Cuban who invest millions of dollars into that program which is pennies to us,they will always be relevant now, you wouldn't think that in football in the past. Bout sick of college sports now myself.NCAA is much to blame in part, the writing was on the wall with there greed and major conferences sucking up into them in the last couple decades, now its out of control.its broken with little hope of getting fixed
