Yeah down here not really sure you can really define that. but this makes sense now. I remember a comment from FXWX yesterday that said it's exceptionally tough down here...which it is.

I can confirm that it was all rain in Maytown. If there was anything else it was exceptionally brief and or a random pellet or two. Received a very beneficial .49" of rain, much of it fell between 11:00PM and 12:45AM. Like you, my temp was 39 throughout.

Down in Hanover. They are near the Indian Head River and radiate well. They hold pack way better than here.

Basically consistent winter from beginning to end. No major breaks. I’m not sure how you’d define that down there. Up here it’s a little easier to do if you base it on snow pack streaks. Like going DJFM with at least some X value of pack. We have the ability to minimize nasty cutters here like in 07-08.

A little below normal for Western Chester County PA where average is 35 inches and Eastern Chester County which averages closer to 32" of snow per season.

General theme appears to be a bit above normal T’giving period for us and then below normal period getting into early December. We may be near southern edge of the below average colder temps approaching 2nd week of December while northern states/New England get chilled.

While a 92 degree difference is impressive, the national (and world) record for 24 hour temperature change IN ONE LOCATION is 103 degrees in Loma, Montana. Temp went from -54 to 49 on January 14/15 1972.
