Little late, but just want you to know that the small amount of interaction I had with your father was always a joy. It was easy to see that he loved weather and life in general. His humor was always spot on. Wishing you and family peace in this time.

Rubenstein has had full control for over a year now.

Typical storm death as it approached mby, only to explode across the usual storm track over Strasburg. Picked up .05" and have since been listening to constant thunder from that storm the last 30 minutes. Oh, the frustration of living here.

So after I posted our July differences in rainfall yesterday, I got hammered twice last evening, totaling 1.17" of much needed rain. Still a sauna here too.

And those have been rare. I looked at the list...what didn't happen was those players being signed after their rookie season. Longest I saw on cbssports was a Year 3 extension. I'm assuming that's what you meant by what you said about Gunnar that they should've signed him in his? Now if you make that case ya gotta remember Rubenstein was not in control then. That was on Angelos They were in full control this past off-season. But the more I think about it...the timing wasn't right. Here's what I mean: Adley: Terrible second half Gunnar: Bad second half (errors, sloppy play) Westy: Bad second half because of injury. Now...if you were any one of them, would you wanna negotiate after that kind of a dip? I meansure the team could reach out, but why would any of those three?

the core of that warned storm is going to go just south of me (good). the thunder is literally rolling nonstop and there are mammatus clouds overhead (too much lighting to go outside and photograph). and now it’s pouring.

120.5 now. It's been slowly climbing again after a bit of a drop off midday. Looks like 79.1F might do it. 77.7/53 now. -

Believe it or not, 1983 is already below average (compared to 1981-2010 and 1991-2020). 1999 is slightly above average on 1991-2020 (it will be close on whether it stays above 2001-2030). -

This is why we want 80+. This is summer. -
Look it up. I just did. He's known for taking clients to FA but he has done early extensions. I'm not going to take the time to type all the players out but he has done for some big time players over the years.

Backdoor front smoke is a new one for me. -
Neither am I because I think your argument is illogical. It's just not been possible or feasible. Boras. Does. Not. Do. Early. Extensions. If it were so easy you tell me why practically NOBODY has done with his players. You answer me that and I'll concede.
