  1. Past hour
  2. Apparently you don’t know geography lol
  3. Subby hole hanging tough here, still nothing. 2” looking like a reality
  4. man it's at least 4" now, has been pounding for two hours, I'm surprised no reports of thunder snow, seems like some serious lift and rates just about from Westchester to my area.
  5. Yes the biggest problem hasn't been the sleet mixing but more so the crappy rates/ratios (I'm talking NE of CNJ).
  6. man this is depressing, i was hoping for at least 5-6 inches we got like 1 1/2 so far and it feels like it's almost done!
  7. Temp in Port Wash. temp is falling out of the ceiling (23⁰) but the snow is disappointing.
  8. Lol it wasn't even supposed to be a big storm. A big bust is forecast a foot plus and getting 1-2"
  9. Just under 3", snow picking up again. It's been all snow but inconsistent intensity. Heavy for a couple minutes then a lull.
  10. Well if the hrrr didnt get the initial batch right how can anyone trust it for the next several hours
  11. I will say this - over the past hour my temp has risen from 27.5 up to 29.5. Anyone else seeing any rise in temps? Edit: MAG has.
  12. Sure if you live in Albany/ct and Long Island
  13. yeah seems like southern CT is well primed for this one, north shore of LI too in Suffolk.
  14. Not really. Cold enough, just not freezing. The grass is crunchy.
  15. Up to 30 here with a steady light freezing rain, the kind that accumulates the most efficiently. Starting to be noticable in the trees. I’d look for lingering freezing drizzle a good part of the overnight after the main precip moves out in the next couple hours, something CCX radar might not necessarily see down that way.
  16. We probably won’t get the obscene rates here, but the overall duration of the snow could be longer
  17. lol yeah - that's not "just north of NYC". Just north of NYC is like just past Yonkers or something.
  18. Mid-level circulation still quite intact just W of ALB now. Parts of MA may get a "wild turkey surprise" from this. Things could get weird w/ this thing interacting w/ OES later.
  19. I think what has happened so far is a decent indicator for us. Want to hit at least 3” here. Hopefully we can get it to break right. Some of the hi res stuff shows a bump from you down to Plymouth and Bristol county from ocean effect. We’ll see how that plays out
