  1. Past hour
  2. @Damage In Tolland messed up and should have listened. Didn’t drop fert.
  3. .06 with band earlier today....may miss next batch to my North but glad to finally see some over performing wet weather
  4. That second line looks decent and is gaining a little strength
  5. Yeah that was frustrating the heck out of me. Had two phones in my hand because I was taking some video in the event the winds got real so wasn't able to easily switch tilts to try and sample a bit higher up. I wish we could get a TDWR at BDL
  6. It's pretty annoying when BOX and ENX are both range folding right over us when the strongest cell in the area is here. As was the case this evening.
  7. The UMass X band has been performing great of late after some upgrades. Nice to have some high res looks at convection again, this far from Nexrad. You can see the shear tightening up just west of Noho. Doubt this amounted to anything but still cool.
  8. Ryan Hall now showing a lot of pics/videos of rope tornado(es) in Iowa. I wonder how many tornadoes will end up happening today.
  9. Morning low of 60 at 5:40am, hit 90 at 4:13pm.
  10. Was out for a walk and felt a few sprinkles. Also saw this rainbow.
  11. Was kind of meh. Good rain though for the plants.
  12. If it's anything like the Super El Nino in 2015 it's going to make the summer even worse. Though I think the Super Nino back then was already established more than this current one they're forecasting. I remember May in 2015 being fucking brutal and was the earliest my parents pool ever warmed up enough to swim in before June. Can't remember any other year where their pool warmed up that fast.
  13. I’ve not seen much lately but last I saw it didn’t seem likely.
  14. A boring 0.19” here, but we embrace rain rates, thunder, and petrichor.
  15. wind was kind of meh here...that kind of blows. core of the wind must have missed this area.
  16. We got a little light show and a few rumbles and drops from that area in western NJ. Looks to be fading, but made for a neat sky right after sunset.
  17. Hopefully El Niño arrives to save the summer from being a massive torch.
  18. In town for work so not much time to venture out and about.
  19. 85 here today. Insanely hot for April. March and April are major torchers - summer will be brutal.
  20. Yesterday
  21. Just as it started it got wild.. had a nice shelf coming in but only took a pic as it was above me
  22. Looks like the airport was RFD'd, with the couplet having moved just a hair north.
