It has the entire state of Delaware going to plain rain. I can't imagine we go above freezing and get rain, but if we do, it will soak into the snow and everything will be a block of ice and plowed surfaces will become skating rinks. That would end up being the bigger story.

Winter wx convective instability is really starting to pick up in ETX/SETX. Very good amount of stronger CG strikes for this scenario. Even a decent amount of positives!!
