  1. Past hour
  2. Rain overspreading Long Island. Just got a new roof and siding is ripped off, so hoping we don’t get too much rain.
  3. Line to my West is holding together, may even be getting stronger. The line is moving towards me from Elk Neck State Park.
  4. Had a pop-up shower yesterday that gave me 0.07" but am now under a > 2.5"/hr gully washer with 0.70" in the bucket at post time, and over 5" for the month so far. Did hit 90 today for #8 of 90+ days this month. Currently heavy rain and 75 with dp 74.
  5. Streets I've never seen flooded over by my house are flooded over. Lots of lightning.
  6. Yeah I was just gonna mention that we're finally seeing hope on radar. Looks like maybe the backbuilding is ending. Still pouring here but it's breaking up just to the west in Somerset County. I'm a little over 5 inches of rain here now. A moron tried to drive through the flooding, and he had to abandon his car right in front of my house. I hear the loud yelling and cursing right now.
  7. been another comfortable summer here, bring it
  8. Thanks, guys. I’m heading home to York now. Hopefully I don’t encounter too many problems.
  9. Anybody on here developed or know anyone who has developed Alpha-gal syndrome from a tick bite in this area? I'm beginning to have my suspicions.
  10. Looks like the heaviest rains are slowly pushing east but not before the damage has been done. Still a few more hours to go with light/moderate rains continuing. Took a little walk and the creek at the end of my hill here is fully onto the road.
  11. White Plains picked up 1.32" in the past hour. That's the second highest hourly mark on record for July and fourth highest for summer.
  12. Insane flooding starting to happen by me in little ferry. Only positive is it's low tide, so storm drains will empty streets quickly after it stops.
