18z Euro was a bit more bullish with development in the Gulf, but so much depends on what kind of coherent circulation comes off the west coast of Florida and where.

It's unbelievable that this happened just a week and a half after our area was devastated by that incredibly severe t-storm that had 70 to 80mph winds.

Still raining here but it's light. 5.45" so far. Horrible scene with my street flooded and water up to the houses. A car stuck in the middle of the street front of my house. Several emergency vehicles at the end of the street.
