  1. Past hour
  2. roads will still be wet during the morning and early afternoon -they are going to put a ton of ice melt and salt down and temps close to or above freezing
  3. Need a return to Nam’ing this morning to keep momentum going. Cam’s could be very helpful in this one.
  4. Nah…should be powder with some wind and drifting. Nothing crazy for wind though like coastal sections.
  5. 4.25 in Methuen This is the type of snow that provides a great workout prior to the planned workout for the day!
  6. Prolly be alright. Not a terrible risk.
  7. Well you’re right I think. Unless the track gets close to the Cape the upper slot should stay offshore. I’m still worried about some mid level dry air up here though.
  8. What’s your location? Your pack held up really well
  9. I lived in Annandale (Fairfax Co.) for that one. Was a Junior in high school. Insane rates of 3 to 4 inches per hour in the middle of the night. Goes down as my favorite snow storm of my life.
  10. Man I wish it wasn’t a total fantasy. Would actually be quite the forum pleaser. CCB gets decently west and the inverted trough covers people well outside the CCB.
  11. He has Ji mentality...it's a bust or the back edge is approaching before it even starts. Cecily new map puts Philly in the 8-12 (from 4-8) now with the mention of blizzard conditions criteria and thunder snow. Let's get this thing going!!
  12. I'm in Lakewood. Bummed will be missing this. Currently in Florida where its in the mid 80's. Will be watching from afar via my security cameras.
  13. I don't think so with this one. If anything it'll be a rain at start to heavy snow scenario, not prolonged rain during height of storm anywhere.
  14. Sorry for posting such a question but struggling to make a decision: currently in the Berkshires, ok to head back (3 hour drive) tomorrow morning at around 9? It does appear the heavier stuff arrives in the early afternoon but not certain.
  15. Long range HRRR has a crusher on the 12z run
  16. Sooooo for ASH area cement type with little wind ?(up coming event)?
  17. It’s pretty much stacked early on….those “blizzard loops” happen in maturing storms when the sfc low starts getting “pulled” in by the upper low.
  18. He was done with this though after the overnight euro shat the bed.
  19. I'm going to try and get into IBSP Monday (research purposes). I feel somewhere between there and Squan will be the bullseye. Matter of finding somewhere that doesn't have massive drifts
