  1. Past hour
  2. Think it made it to 97 here today. Was hoping for a sea breeze to kick in but that didn’t happen.
  3. 102.7 DP78.6. This suckkkkkkkkksssssssss
  4. I guess I'm confused. Even with the heat island effect BOS hasn't done back to back 100 degree days. So it would seem pretty significant to me event if land use has changed in that time.
  5. As of last hour PHL hit 102
  6. Looks like Ridgely briefly hit 99 just after 4pm.
  7. My Davis got .1F higher than today back in May. Hot, but was expecting a little more in SNH
  8. CANSIPS also has a completely different orientation for the Winter. It has Nino 3.4 dominant, and 1+2 cooling between now and then. I don't think these models are right, the subsurface orientation is east-based.
  9. I was in Vegas for a wedding on 7/7/24 when they set a new record high (120⁰). I thought that day would be the worst heat I would ever feel in my life. Then today happened..
  10. 104 on my porch. Had a beer and got too warm. I wonder how warm it’s gonna be tonight. Breaking a record warm low perhaps?
  11. I live 11 miles sw of Boston and the high for these 2 days has been 97. Comparing Boston temperatures to the 40's ignores the massive heat island effect of all those skyscrapers built since then.
  12. WB 18Z 3K NAM has thunderstorms by midnight on the 4th in DC.
  13. My ridiculous south front porch has now ticked to 106 flat. Don't think I'll be out there sipping no mai tais...
  14. Is there a * with that, if back to back? Folks were saying BOS is running warm
  15. 94.8 degrees for the high so far today in EN. This is now the 5th warmest reading here in East Nantmeal in the last 23 years back to 2004! Top 10 warmest are below...of note that same day 7/22/11 is the only day KMQS Coatesville Airport has ever recorded a 100 degree reading.
  16. It's going to be tight, but if BOS can go back to back 100s that's not been done since the 40s. This definitely a step up from your low to mid 90s heat wave.
  17. 94.8 degrees for the high so far today in EN. This is now the 5th warmest reading here in East Nantmeal in the last 23 years back to 2004! Top 10 warmest are below...of note that same day 7/22/11 is the only day KMQS Coatesville Airport has ever recorded a 100 degree reading.
