We've seen her pretty much daily for quite a long time and have been assuming each day would be the last we'd see her, but to our delight she's still around. I started on Prednisone, which is normal, and then I will begin a Remicade infusion regimen every 8 weeks after two starter doses. The Prednisone is a quick hitter to knock back the inflammation, then the Remicade, a biologic medicine, should hopefully keep it in remission long term. We'll see how it goes, but the Prednisone seems to be working already. We look mainly dry through Friday and then we will have to watch what the coastal storm does to see what if any impacts in may bring this far west of the coast.
