Don't look now but yet ANOTHER line of storms is forming then may hit my backyard tonight. And all that moisture - make NO mistake about this - IS heading straight to the DCA Region.

I think there is a possibility that autumnal Super Ninos may exert on the N Hem even in Spring. Uh-Oh. My mower has been sputtering.

Better get that Ark built stat.

This pattern is a rain lover's DREAM! It's supposed to go right into late next week! And all the rain WE get, the DMV is gonna get as well!

Rant: who the fuck decides not to have the bay bridge open 3 lanes East for a Memorial Day weekend?  14 mile back up thanks to that.

They do not open the third lane east bound when there is rain or stronger winds, so it's just horrendous timing. They do it to prevent incidents of cars/trucks blowing into the head-on traffic, or hydroplaning into head-on. They also canceled the Bay Bridge Run back in November for the same exact reason. I don't ever foresee them changing that rule either.

I HATE Houston. They got all our rain today. That radically altered the forecast for Austin, now progged for sunny and hot right into Wednesday. The southeastward repositioning of todays storm radically changed Austin's weather. Now its going to be a picture perfect wall to wall sunshine, Texas-style Memorial Day Weekend! Mid 80s to mid 90s temps, dews in the low 70s with an occasional passing cloud. Sure we need to dry out BUT we got millions and millions of people moving here as Austin fast becomes the North American Hub for tech. Man we gotta get those aquifers filled.

Drinking a FD 'The Truth' and planting some ferns. Have not had this beer in quite awhile- I was pleasantly surprised at the notable malty pine resin backbone. More dank than I recall. Really balances the hopiness.

I have no idea what is going on with them. Are they still brewing out of Frederick? Did they scale back? I haven’t heard much from them since they closed the Frederick taproom at least a few years back.

eta that I Wiki’d. Sold to a NY based brewery. Boo.

Maybe they changed some of the recipes. This one is better than I remember.

I actually think there worse than last year and will end up with a worse record.

Their run Differential is atrocious.

WHOA Charles Town is up to 17.5 inches of rain! Those folks may soon be leading the entire nation in rain tallies!

They have gone up 4 inches in the last three days.

It looks like Charles Town, W Va and Binghamton, NY are gonnabe battlin' it on out for who has the most rain this year.

It's official! Binghamton has edged Buda out of contention! The Score is Binghamton 18.83 to Buda at 18.7. Guess who's gonna win.

Everyone East gets rain, Rain is like air east of Ole Miss. But Texas is a DRY DRY DRY place.

We in Texas are easy as shoosh to beat when it comes to rainfall.

I keep on thinking of what its gonnabe like when Austin is a 300 mile wide hypermegalopolis from reshoring and ultra cheap energy and ultra tech - but runs out of fresh water from millions and millions and millions and millions of people sucking up the little that's left in the aquifers and the Colorado River is a strip of desert sand. We best find a way to synthesize fresh water last millennium or there's gonnabe  millions of people mass departing the DRY BOWL that is Texas!

We are about to witness a complete civilizational upgrade all across the Nation then the Planet! So many new industries! So much robotics and AI! AI is going to be everywhere! If you happen to be a NERD you are gonnabe so damn stinking RICH you won't believe it! A hell of a lot of money that used to just disappear into certain places I will not mention - WILL BE FLOWING STRAIGHT TO AMERICANS and then everyone on the planet!

The next three years are going to leave a lot of amazed people in total shock, with their jaws resting on the ground. This will not result from me digging Dale City out of a record 48 inch snowstorm. Although later on with sparkling new medical protocols, that just might happen lol.
