A couple counties around here canceled the test today citing the confusion and the fact they already tested them last week.

The severe threat looks substantial here in Northern Indiana. That warm front is going to cut right through the area and any storm that latches onto it could rotate violently similar to what we saw in Michigan on Friday.

i like the moderate risk, i like a 10/15% tor. my only thought would have been to increase hail probs as well.

Also, 63 at KARR and 48 IMBY. Down from 57 IMBY about an hour ago. Got a good idea where that boundary is lying ATM.

Classic setup with the front bisecting the DVN cwa.  One of the reasons northwest IL (luckily) has an extremely hard time getting anything other than QLCS one scan wonders afa tornadoes.  

Still may see some large hailers later on though north of the boundary.

Yeah, this past 24 hours has been very typical of spring in NE IL. I know most people hate it, but I love it. Would love a good storm, but must say owning my own home makes me want to experience severe weather (aside from snow, of course) much less. I knew the lake would protect us as it normally does, which isn't a bad thing. I'll be watching the radar and any lives further south while being safe and sound up here.

Feeling p good, especially with the WF staying a couple dozen miles north. Hopefully ci in the next hour/two, don't really wanna chase after dark
