Cant lie, I am looking forward to the 50s this weekend, and we shall see what happens early next week. Good luck to the NW crew - hope the wave is significant enough to produce with decent HP to the north. Looks like we all see upper 50s/ low 60s the following weekend as of now.

Nightime freezing rain with a shit antecedent airmass in early march.  Hell yeah!  Thanks 1038 High that moves in late, for nothing.

Timing not resolved at this range.. need that HP to be robust to have a shot at frozen.

Dear Randy,
Do not fear.
The first event doesn't work out,
But the second one is here!

GFS has like 4 different shots honestly

thursday: see separate thread
sunday: light t-1" nonsense
monday/tuesday: FRZA for MD and interior NE/Boston MECS before it sinks down and gives everyone some frza
LATER tuesday: 1-4" of snow

We’re gonna hit all 4 and get an epic series of light snow on snow events just you watch.

Shooting hoops on my lunch break and getting a bike ride in after work was a nice consolation prize to getting roughly one inch of accumulating snow from a nor’easter. And I agree re weekend temps. I’m down for a snowstorm, but I don’t need one.

Edit: Thought I was in banter. Oops.

Euro ends at 144, but looked tempting on approach.  Prob about the same as 12z

1st wave was more amped than 12z. Maybe that's what we want if we can't get that high to cooperate.

Yall really are exhausted in this mofo.  Dead as hell.  Wake up! This has a better airmass leading in.  We can do this team!

18z Euro AI --- has my attention. I'm sure we'll be rockin again in here by the weekend (after we all come back inside from the sunshine).

does it count as snow on snow when it melts in 0.01 picoseconds due to blazing inferno sun angle?
