I need to move somewhere that gets more snow.  Currently looking at Beech Mountain, or Valdosta.

Yeah, gotta hope at least somebody gets something out of it. All this time tracking for it to whiff the entire southeast would just suck lol. Ensembles last night looked promising for the 4th week of the month but get me inside 3 days and maybe I’ll feel okay about it.

Valdosta, indeed, with 1.7”, is near the 2” max on the 12Z Euro, which had a significant uptick from ~0.5” the prior 3 runs (see below). If they were to get that, it might be the 2nd highest on record next to the 2.2” of last Jan:

It's pretty wild that coastal VA is looking at rain while SE Georgia might be the jackpot for snow

I’m not exactly stoked about the Ensembles from what I could tell.  Perhaps I’m missing something. Hard to score below Roxboro in that pattern.

Brine going down in Cary. Even without the precip much of it will be worn away with today’s rush hour not started yet and then all day tomorrow with everyone getting their MB&TP.
