The strength and location of the coastal impacts the IVT. One works off the other. I can see why folks are rooting it on, cause shit gets serious if one is sittin under that deathband. Otherwise its light/mod snow and a few inches at best (unless GFS steals the crown for the next couple days. Then we are synoptically pummeled.
