Quite a few of our valley locations saw temperatures well below freezing this morning including Warwick Township (22.7) with a low more than 10 degrees colder than here in East Nantmeal (33.3). We moderate a bit today and especially over the weekend with temperatures reaching well into the 50's. Rain chances increase by tomorrow afternoon with a cold frontal passage, and we turn much chillier again by Sunday night. Temperatures next week look to remain below normal with highs in the 40's and low in the upper 20's for most spots.

I'm glad i don't work for you, I'm an HR nightmare :whistle:I don't do well with assholes. You know the ones, they have the "Dicktim" disease. where  they act like a dick. then act like a victim about it. And BTW i have an impeccable employment file, spotless :guitar:

It's funny, I refer to myself (proudly) as the "Anti-HR guy" in HR because I spent nearly 25 years working in warehousing both here and at my previous job. I think that's allowed me to keep a good pulse/relationship with the people here that truly matter...the ones that get shit done. So many people in HR are clueless about what's really important to the blue collar folks because they never lived in that world. I did. My career changed after I was here, married, raising my family and THEN I decided to go back to school while doing all of that. My HR career only dates back to 2015. I think I strike the perfect balance of holding the line but also being a voice for the people. I honestly love what I do.

sounds solid brother. Unfortunately its not always that way. New managers come in and wanna show their testicular fortitude. when they try and make guys look bad, I am always pleased to show them they're wrong. LOL last month i was called in about to get written up because i called a manager out. He was smiling until i dropped the company policy book on the table and said where is the section that says this is for hourly employees only? HR guy looked funny and said that book is for everyone :sizzle: ended up back firing on the new manager and he got a verbal warning for breaking policy. The young fella's master degree didn't help him with that battle.

I'm for the people
