• People shoveling snow into the street
• People waiting until after the storm is over to shovel

All that said, DSNY has done a good job!

The crosswalks not getting shoveled is bad. In Jersey City, you need to walk onto the actual rails for the light rail to be able to walk safely at Exchange Place.

Because of the 10 day thaw January will be below but not close to one of the coldest overall. Impressive stretch we're in now of course

Both euro and gfs and their AI models have less than 1 in liquid equivalent through the end of their runs….there’s def some hints of possible storms 6-14 hopefully it pans out!

that will be our best shot at more snow just looking at history. then it's time to plan the garden.

I like the 6th. Really strong ridge pops out west at that time. Diving shortwave to Miller B transfer perhaps?
