The time has come to put away all winter snow removal gear. Time to look forward to greener lawns and the unmistakable sound of the lawnmower. And if were lucky we'll all be enjoying building heat and humidity!

Sentence #1 - Not yet…

Sentence #2 -Ok, sure…

Sentence #3 - No way, never!

40 here this Am.  More snow on the GFS but do not want to sully your thread.   Some mesos do paint a heavy strip of snow in the Northern 1/3 of Pa today.

Just as we got a taste of spring last week, Ole man winter will return to say I'm not done yet. I just hope he doesn't stick around in May.

If the models are showing snow heading for CTP, I will never hold back from posting the maps, even in the precious Spring thread, Lol!

I don't think winter is over either. Could we possibly get our biggest snow of the year in the coming weeks? It has happened before, and it will happen again...sometime. I think you need to prepare for the eventual return of the heat and those 65+ dewpoints. Remember moderation is the key to accustom yourself to getting used to it.

Will keep my smaller snowblower out yet. We need one more good snow.

Looking at the grass, I got quite a few high spots. Could be getting close to a mow.

32 degrees this morning.

Oh wow, I dipped to 36.  It was 41 when I left the house at 6:15 though.

It was one of those nights - I watch my station like a hawk, and the temp held firm at 44 from 4pm until 9:30pm. After that, it bounced between 41 and 45 during the overnight hours. There were times when it rose or dropped a few degrees in a few minute's time. Never got below 41 here, however.

Certainly not a typical summer track even if the result is similar for R-Ville. Hopefully the warm months of 2024 bring a more even distribution of precip than the past few years.

Last time a map looked like that, we ended up with more over here than to our east so not sold on anything yet.  I was mostly joking :-).   The weekend does not look like a washout though.  Rain over near lunch on Saturday over here/Just some wetness moving out Sat AM.
