RGEM is 0.30 LE for NYC, agrees with EURO/GFS/UKMET its actually in excellent agreement with all top tier models.  Looks like we are locked in for 2-4 / 3-6 from NYC on east with higher amounts as one travels east.

Rgem is 4-6 for NYC

I think we are locked in with 3-6/4-8 with possibly more depending on where the  banding sets up

Locked in ??? This storm is still a Work In Progress - can't ignore the models given many in the area MECS such as the  3K NAM - it is a good model within 36 hours...….
