78Blizzard
The warmth on the NAM looks to peak at 800mb. Wouldn't want this coming much further north as that sneaky warm layer at 750-800mb could cause issues. Verbatim PVD is close to 0°C at 800mb at 66 hr. on NAM. HIPPYVALLEY
You and MPM could stand to get some Yup, I'm very optimistic for this one to deliver 6"+ out here. Juiced and cold. I was skeptical Wednesday but every model is on board and although this only gets so far N and then scoots E I'm looking forward to 0z runs. 30-50 miles N is huge up here and a little tick N is not out of the question. Ginx snewx
Does anyone have a memory here? 12 hrs before the blizzard NAM had feet of snow 50 miles west of verification
The 4 Seasons
Yeah saw the RPM, 10-12 sounds about right for here. I really hope this one works out, I can't handle another bust, ill have a nuclear meltdown. The NAM at this range is pretty much useless but its good to see it this amped at this range, a track like the ECMWF and its ensembles is most likely imo. The 4 Seasons
Yeah, exactly the NAM is 100 miles off while the storm is unfolding let alone 60 hrs out.
