Disc
Out of the area, but that storm in E Kentucky moving into SW VA is a beast. Tornado warned and baseball size hail. I like severe, but I don't need that pounding the house and cars.

NAM is a DC split and/or delayed...I have my own reasons why I don't want this to occur, but not trying to rain on anyone's parade...I know you guys are rooting for this... StudentOfClimatology
Does SPC put out mesoscale discos at given intervals or is it done independently? Looking at the 30/15/5 over the region but cannot find any discussion whatsoever.

The outlook discussion is laid out within the outlook (they give rationale as to the percentage changes) - separately from any mesoscale discos that may be posted. Kmlwx
I guess we hope the N WV and SE OH storms can get here. This is really boring lol. Just a usual Sunday in July. Also, getting the sun to come back out at this point is probably not going to do a ton of good. We've had peak heating already - we have to work with what we have now in terms of instab.
