I say around Thanksgiving in BOS, but can easily see flakes in the air before that.

I would guess right now that it won't be until December until the first 1" event based on what I see right now....though I'll give a small chance for ORH in November...a little smaller still for BDL.

I'm still bullish on November.  Even in a crappy setup, looking for an inch isn't the most challenging thing.  Of course, we've missed before.....
