Wow thats crazy stuff...we'll see if it holds. I was in Oneonta for the October 2008 storm...got around 4"...but if the NAM is right this could be even worse.

Crazy stuff indeed. This storm has to come in to line just so or its game over, the dynamics are nuts for this time of year and are the only reason this might happen (or not)

Sitting @ 30F, I guess it should drop one more degree before hitting bottom.

That was my low, Im up to 31 now.

I can't believe we have a Winter Storm Watch on Oct 28.... Most of the leaves IMBY are down but I know there is still plenty of foliage on trees in the area. This is going to get interesting.

Had a low of 29F, nice heavy frost.

That's the first freeze out of the way, now let's see how we do with snow accumulations lol!

Amazing that we will potentially have our first flakes, hard freeze and accumulating snow all as separate events across a period of 3 days in October!

I hit 29F too, opened the door top take the dogs out, I stepped on the porch and I slipped and slid on the ice. Welcome to winter :axe:
